Terms of Service

Please read thoroughly before commissioning me

1. Any work done must not be used to train Artificial Intelligence2. Payments are made in USD. For international clients, payment is accepted via PayPal only. As for Malaysian clients, I also accept QR payment via Duitnow.3. Clients are required to provide detailed information and references before I start my work.4. Full payment is required after the sketching phase is complete.5. Any extra major changes after the sketch are not accepted. Minor edits only.6. The commission will usually take weeks (Don't worry, I will always keep my client updated).

Rights

The clients have the right to:1. Use the art for personal use only.2. Repost the art on social media or use it for their social media (profile picture, banner, etc) with credit.3. To have the art they commissioned stay private. I will not post the full art on any of my social media. However, I will only post the cropped version ONLY if my client allows.4. Negotiate the prices if they think or feel it’s unreasonableI have the right to:1. Decline the commission request if I don't favour it.2. Post the art commissioned piece on my social media .

Explicit NSFW4. Explicit gore5. Furry, realistic animals, mecha, detailed armour6. Excessively muscular form

Addition:- Extra characters: +100% of the base price.-Private Commission: +20% for a private commission-Backgrounds : 15$ - 30$ depending on the complexity- Complex designs: +15%-50%For Deadline / Rush Fee (Keep in mind I get commissions done normally within 3 weeks):- +20% for mild rush (delivered in 2 weeks)
- +50% for fast rush (delivered in 1 week)
- +100% for urgent rush (delivered in 3-5 days ) - not available for full body
